Grandad thinks he is an outdoors man now!

Look at what Grandad did with these............

This is what he started with!

And turned them into this:

My home made camping stove!

By doing this:

Cut the cans 2 inches from the bottom, sand all the paint off them, put roof insulation in one, put them together so the bottom one fits inside the top one (this is quite tricky, but it will go with a bit of patience.) Pierce holes in the top and around the rim and add liquid fuel, I used lighter fluid but you could use mentholated spirits or what ever you have. (BUT NOT PETROL), simply light and use to boil a pan of water.

All to make a cup of tea!

Yeah great Grandad, but I don't drink tea, so what use is it to me? and why didn't you use the kettle it would of been much quicker and easier. Silly old man!
