Me and the old man are running the Dove Cottage Hospice 10k Santa Run at Belvoir Castle on Sunday 2nd December.
We went out for a run tonight and we did 6k. I have never run that far before, it was so cool, we ran in the dark with head torches along the canal. I can't wait for the big 10k.....
